KCD is an amazing medieval first person RPG game set in the midle ages (1400's Bohemia (Czech Republic), its developerd started at kickstarter. And they delivered. the game "tutorial intro" will last about 3 or 4 hours until the title starts, has amazing voice acting, and the developers went far trying to make it as realistic as they could for a videogame, you rise your skills by using them, you can learn to read if you go to a scribe and actually "learn to read ingame", you are not all knowing all skillfull character, you start as a young man, that has no skills your choices on dialogs have consecuences, your cloting is not just armor or decorative, it has meaning even if wearing the right clothing, but if is bloody or dirty, will affect the response of the npcs The game has several dlcs you can buy too, they are worth it. also has some free dlc packs including, high definition textures pack, high definition sounds packs,.. that they made some time after release it had a bumpy release because of some bugs as a real indy studio, but they fixed them over time. they were accused of anti woke anti diversity etc,... but midle ages bohemia was as it was. also even if they have 1 full DLC where the main protagonist is a female but a well done one, just not "mary sue"
