It has many women in it, who are named, but a lot of the time they are talking about the man they work for--who is Ike Turner. I believe it does pass the Bechdel test because they do talk about things other than men, albeit rarely. Women talked about Tina Turner's great ability to sing without mentioning Ike, for instance.
