Movie's main message is, perhaps, that rich people are evil, have become rich because they're evil. That message may be relevant and satisfying, but it's also not really very useful.

Main character Sam is likable enough, but she's something of a doormat who's never really able to take control of her own destiny; if she does, it's thanks to the help of others.

Very strong blood and gore, often played as comical. Streaming, gurgling blood, etc. Creepy-looking organs extracted from characters' mouths or wounds. Characters hacked up with sharp objects.
