There are many films with pozzload propaganda that sneak the message into the plot, without delivering anything until near the end.

I'm not a huge fan of much modern TV, but I thought this show was excellent. Most shows are best in their first season, but this one kept going all the way and ended incredibly strongly after four seasons.
