I was naively thinking this would be a cool, dark, supernatural thriller. There are loads of woke framing and messaging throughout. The characters are garbage and the low fantasy element are unintegrated. I can't stand all these overemotional shows that try to trauma bond and hold the audience emotionally hostage with sad emoting and one dimensional good and evil characters.
