Unless you like her music, you should not watch the documentary. (Duh.) There's a heavy emphasis on the COVID lockdowns too which is too recent for it to be interesting to watch. We all lived through it and are sick of hearing about it. In 10 or 20 years though, this time capsule of an extended vlog will be fascinating to watch. Other than that, it's mainly just interesting to see her creative process. At first, I thought she was exaggerating about her mental health issues, but by the end of it I don't think she's faking it. Everyone struggles with the inner voice of doubt, especially artist types. Reminds me of this Kanye song:

"Today, I thought about killing you, premeditated murder
I think about killing myself
And I, I love myself way more than I love you"
"The most beautiful thoughts are always besides the darkest"

It reminds me of what Steven Pressfield says about resistance. If you're into that, then you'll enjoy the doc. Otherwise skip it. Also, fair warning, her fan base is super LGBT which I didn't know. And that plays a big part throughout the film but they don't push any agenda. Ironically, the LGBT youth finding camaraderie online while stuck with families that don't accept them reminded me of all the online racists who complain about their blue pilled family. Lol.
