3.5 Stars The Dark Knight Rises has got to be the silliest instalment of the Dark Knight Trilogy, The more you think about any of the three films, the more silly internal logic you notice, but the final film takes the cake. It feels like Nolan wrote himself into a corner and had to try to craft a highest stakes epic finale that needed to cut corners to get 2 or 3 big budget wow scenes on screen.
