This documentary follows a Chinese foreman of an engineering group doing work in Africa, and painfully shows his struggle in getting even the most basic of tasks done when working with blacks. Whites, of course, are no longer allowed to articulate the basic truth that blacks cannot achieve or maintain civilization independently, but the Chinese are still hilariously blunt in their judgement of reality. Those who deny the reality of racial differences are advised to watch this and ask themselves if the setting of this documentary is the future they want. "You were governed by a European country for so long. You shouldโ€™ve learned how things worked. It wasnโ€™t that long ago. . . You went backwards instead of forwards. Look at your railways. High technology from the 1930s. We didnโ€™t even have it in China back then. Look at the railroads in the mines. The cable lines are f**ked up. I canโ€™t bear to see that. You neglected the things others had left you. Whatโ€™s more, you completely destroyed them."
