Serves me right for checking out a modern series, someone recommended here, it's garbage plain and simple. Yeah where to start, the main antagonist is some edgelord, who went to Africa and became a cannibal, or something, but he is really a decent fellow, or something, cringe and boring as hell, the character has no depth, neither does anyone else in this series. Whats the show about, well what could have been an interesting plot, is basically overshadowed by copious amount of darkness, grime, gayness (both literal and figurative), incest, whores, death symbolism, every character is petty, everyone is ugly and has no depth what so ever. The only plus is thank God, they didn't just load the series with pure pornography, it's relatively mild compared to other "modern" series, which isn't saying much. Though I haven't finished the first season and I am not planning to do so, so who knows. Just skip it.
