Feminism
Something from my childhood, I haven't watched this series in a long long while, does it hold up? Yeah mostly, there isn't much wokeness in this comedic remake of the original Addams Family, at most it's slightly feminist, but the cast, and most of the guest actors are usually White, it's gothic aesthetics are fun, the actors are decent, they all fit the parts. All in all, a good attempt at a remake. Where this show becomes grating, is basically almost every episode has the same plot, Fester blows things up, Wednesday tortures Pugsley, Gomez is wildly in love with Morticia, the mailman gets eaten, there is a problem, some outsider gets invited to the house, they run away screaming, etc... Really that's basically just every episode, 52 of them, in the first season. :()
