Cheesy Italian rip-off, that is somewhat enjoyable, but not that much, where this film straight-out fails is the acting and dialogue, it's not that bad most of the time, except when it is and then it's really bad. The action sequences border on anywhere from corny to decent and almost nobody in this film can act. That's it, For fun, watch this scene:
