3.3 Stars A Hong Kong made bootleg Street Fighter film that is completely detacted from any sort of source material. Future Cops goes its own way and in many different directions from the start. There are janky low budget animesque fights, slapstick humor in a highschool slice of life setting, and a music number. It takes liberties from not only Street Fighter, but Mario and Dragonball as well. Future Cops is not a good film, but if your in the right mood, like I was, you could get a kick out of it. The script is a duct-taped together mess, but I got the impression that all the actors were just enjoying making a movie, which I found endearing. Full Film (english Subs):
