Creator Jason Georgeโs two-season sci-fi thriller series based on the book The Old Axolotl by Jacek Dukaj, takes place in a future where the sun is a deadly radiation threat. A band of survivors on a flight from Brussels, including the planeโs captain and de-facto leader Mathieu (Laurent Capelluto), always hopeful Sylvie (Pauline Etienne), intrepid Ayaz (Mehmet Kurtuluล), and several others race from city to city to stay ahead of the deadly sun through the first season, ending up in a military bunker. Season 2 has these desperate refugees trying to survive the cabin fever as they contend with the unpredictable soldiers who manage the bunker while slowly losing their mental stability.
