Rachel (Emily Blunt - A Quiet Place) commutes daily to New York on the train. Every day, she passes her old house where her ex-husband, Tom (Justin Theroux - Mute), his new wife, Anna (Rebecca Ferguson - Doctor Sleep), and their child live. Next to Tom lives Megan (Haley Bennett - Swallow), the nanny of Tom and Anna’s child, and her husband. Megan and her husband Scott (Luke Evans - Midway), appear to have the perfect relationship. Then suddenly one day Megan disappears and Rachel becomes a prime suspect, partially due to her obvious and destructive alcoholism, which prevents her from remembering the events leading to her witnessing Megan’s disappearance.
